Warranty Terms

Our products are covered by the company warranty against manufacturing defects arising from production. The warranty coverage of certain products may vary depending on their area of use. Products used outdoors are not covered by the warranty, as they are exposed to weather conditions such as rain, wind, and sunlight. Our indoor products are covered under warranty. To ensure the validity of the warranty conditions, please inspect your product carefully upon delivery. If there is any damage to the products you ordered, you must request the delivery representative to prepare a damage report. In such cases, do not accept the delivery. If you notice any tears, breakage, or damage to the packaging when your order arrives, you may open and inspect the package in the presence of the delivery representative. By accepting the product, you acknowledge that the delivery representative has fulfilled their duties properly. Products that have been altered, deformed, or whose original condition has been modified are not covered under warranty.

Product Return Policy

Products purchased through our website are covered by our warranty only in cases of manufacturing defects. To request a return, you must contact us within 1 day from the date of delivery. After contacting us, the product must be sent back to us via our contracted shipping company. Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. The product believed to be defective will be inspected by our company. If the defect is determined to be caused by our company, the product will be replaced with a new one. Products that have been used during this period are not eligible for return. Shipping costs related to returned products will be deducted from the product refund amount. Orders placed incorrectly by customers are not eligible for return or exchange. Bayraksan Tekstil is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly by customers.

Example: You ordered a custom logo flag. The flag was designed, produced, and delivered to you. Later, you decided that you wanted to change the color. In such cases, returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted. Custom-made products are non-returnable.

 The provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers shall apply as the basis for product return and exchange conditions.
